
Mission
To provide the Latin American community in Europe with training tools, through open and virtual e-learning environments, contributing to its growth and socioeconomic development as well as the achievement of greater influence and visibility in the European society. All this, through pedagogical action, social outlook, community action, inclusion, solidarity, research and innovation in all its forms, by the way of an intensive use of technologies and unwavering commitment to entrepreneurship.

Vision
UNAD-UE presents itself as a leading organization in open and virtual e-learning environments among the Latin American community in Europe. It serves also as link between its members and fosters greater visibility within the societies in which Latin-Americans live, especially in Spain.

Goals
- To build a range of academic programs that covers all stages of education and training and allows the population of Latin American origin to acquire the necessary skills for their progress, regardless of their personal and socioeconomic circumstances.
- To provide a space for the Latin American community to gather and debate and where its culture is celebrated.
- To advance on the visibility among public institutions and European/Spanish society.
- To contribute to prosperity and progress in the societies in which Latin Americans live.
